CARTENA fait sa spécialité du développement informatique d'applications métier et transactionnelles dans le domaine de l'e-Procurement public pour les donneurs d'ordres publics et privés. CARTENA membre d'Open PEPPOL dispose d'un point d'accès qui lui permet d'échanger des messages électroniques via le réseau européen PEPPOL(1). CARTENA contribue de façon significative aux développements du catalogue électronique pour le secteur de la santé.
La complexité des marchés hospitaliers rend leur traitement par des opérations manuelles particulièrement fastidieux et souvent source d'erreurs. Un référentiel ( ou Master Data) alimenté automatiquement des informations issues des marchés et permettant une exploitation facilitée de l'information dans la gestion quotidienne devient presque indispensable.
Le référentiel ( ou Master Data) autorise en aval une alimentation des prix dans l'ERP pour la supply chain et la facturation des marchés. Nous travaillons actuellement à faciliter cette liaison et le passage progressif à la facturation électronique prochaine grande étape de la dématérialisation.

CARTENA take part to OpenPEPPOL European program and using UBL (2) as a disruptive technology for restructuring of existing business. UBL uses the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) Core Components Technical Specification (CCTS). This specification defines a Core Component library and a methodology for developing a common set of building blocks for the creation of new business vocabularies and transactions.
CARTENA has developed as proof of concept, a e-Catalogue solution for healthcare industry. All developments were carried out along with PEPPOL a ICT/PSP innovative project. e-Catalogue is based on PEPPOL BIS interoperability specification an implementation guideline compliant to CEN-BII e-Procurement transactions profiles used in public procurement. CARTENA uses UBL as disruptive technology built upon existing standards that enables the structuration of existing business exchanges on a common vocabulary. CARTENA has also developped an access point AP/SMP to PEPPOL network infrastructure enabling to process transactions from end to end with potentially 30 000 trading parties today registered on PEPPOL.
